RT Rotisserie in San Francisco menus their pork sandwich with extra juicy rotisserie porchetta. They start by brining pork belly with buttermilk, smoked garlic and herbs. Then, they roast the pork for 45 minutes. To create the perfectly textured sandwich, RT slathers a crispy baguette with chipotle-smoked garlic-yogurt sauce and layers sliced porchetta, charred cabbage and fried onions.
