Filipino Cuisine is the Next Big Food Trend


Anthony Bourdain expects Filipino cuisine to be the next big food trend hitting the States. The standout most notable dish to bring Filipino cuisine to menus is delicious sisig. Sisig is a salty, spicy mix of flavors that is traditionally made from the snout, jowls, ear and tongue of the pig. For a more contemporary or approachable dish chefs are using shoulder, ground or diced pork.
