Europeans have mastered the breaded pork cutlet with their escalope, milanesa and schnitzel, and Americans have adopted more than a handful of our own versions. But did you know the Japanese also do it really well? Their version, the Katsu Sando, is a panko crusted boneless chop served on crustless white bread with tonkatsu barbecue sauce.
