Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds lean ham cubed (5 cups)*
  • 2 1/2 pounds hashbrown potatoes shredded, cooked
  • 3 3/4 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 15 eggs beaten
  • 3 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Alternate layers of ham, hash browns and cheese in a 12 x 20 x 2-inch pan.
  2. Mix eggs, milk and salt and pour over top.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 45-60 minutes or until brown.
 
*Could used 2 1/2 pounds of cooked sausage instead of ham
